We offer full refund if your order hasn't been processed for any reason after successful payment.
We do not offer return or refund if your order has been processed because we are selling digital goods. However, we are glad to resell your digital goods as long as they are not used and we will issue full refund or exchange for similar item after they are sold and consumed by another customer. The reselling process can take days or longer and we can't guarantee that they could be successfully resold.
In case a refund happens, the refund will go directly back to your payment source, i.e., your credit or debit card. The refund will appear on your card in 5-7 business days after we process it. |
